Intacct Accepts Venture Capital Debt Funds

San Jose, California  --  Financial management software company Intacct has secured $40 million in new venture capital debt investment.

Intacct has created a cloud ERP software system to help enterprises manage their financials better.

Silicon Valley Bank made the credit facility.

The company said it would use the new funding to "provide flexibility and drive continued growth."

CEO Rob Reid has been with the firm since October 2009.
