San Francisco, California -- Concierge technology company Envoy Commerce has received $4.16 million in new equity venture capital funding, according to an SEC regulatory filing.
Envoy has created an online family concierge service for seniors.
The service enables seniors to stay in their homes longer and maintain their independence.
Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the funding proceeds.
A total of 16 investors participated in the offering.
Envoy is still seeking $838,000 in additional financing, according to the filing.
