Knotch Snags $14 Million Equity Venture Capital

San Francisco, California  --  Internet technology company Knotch has received $14.3 million in new equity venture capital funding, according to an SEC regulatory filing.

Knotch has developed a "measurement product built to add to the content experience while sourcing granular, actionable data."

The company says that its product enables enterprises to make it fun for their audiences to share how they feel about them.

Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the funding proceeds.

A total of 54 investors participated in the offering.

CEO Anda Gansca co-founded the firm in May 2013.
