
Seattle, Washington -- Analytics software developer Appuri has secured $1.25 million in new equity venture capital funding, according to an SEC filing.
Appuri has developed predictive analytics software that "uses machine learning to predict churn before it occurs."
Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the funding proceeds.
A total of three investors participated in the offering.
Appuri is still seeking $1.15 million in additional equity investment, according to the filing.
