New York, New York -- Research software technology company Bipsync has raised $4.2 million in seed stage venture capital investment, according to an SEC regulatory filing.
Bipsync has created research management software that "enhances professional investor productivity and fund collaboration." Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the funding proceeds. A total of 27 investors participated in the offering. Pricing for the company's software starts at $500 per month for up to five users.
