Emeryville, California -- Real estate software developer BoomTown has raised $2.2 million in new equity venture capital, according to an SEC regulatory filing.
BoomTown has created real estate sales and marketing software that it says "helps real estate agents and teams close more deals." Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the funding proceeds. A total of 8 investors participated in the offering. Minimum investment per investor was listed as $20,000.
