Portland, Oregon -- Aerial robotics software company SkyWard has landed $2.4 million in venture capital debt investment, according to an SEC regulatory filing.
SkyWard has developed a platform that "is a system for managing aerial robotics flight operations around the world."
Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the funding proceeds.
A total of 16 investors participated in the offering.
SkyWard is still seeking $297,000 in additional debt investment, according to the filing.
