Greenwood Village, Colorado -- Software developer Convercent has landed $11 million in its third round of institutional venture capital funding.
Convercent has developed a "risk-based global compliance and ethics software solution which enables compliance leaders to effectively manage corporate compliance." Tola Capital led the round, which also included previous investor Sapphire Ventures and other undisclosed investors. The company said it would use the funding to enhance its predictive analytics and reporting functionality to focus its efforts on proactive compliance management. In addition, Convercent said it would expand its global sales and marketing efforts.
