
Palo Alto, California -- Software developer Innovaccer has raised $15.1 million in new equity venture capital investment, according to an SEC regulatory filing.
Innovaccer has developed software called Datashop, which is an integrated enterprise analytics suite that helps companies "realize data-driven ROI faster than anyone else."
Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the funding proceeds.
A total of 32 investors participated in the offering.
Innovaccer is still seeking $500,000 in additional equity investment, according to the filing.
