Boca Raton, Florida -- Wireless technology company Airspan Networks has landed $30 million in new equity venture capital financing, according to an SEC regulatory filing.
Airspan is a "global provider of 4G broadband wireless systems." Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the funding proceeds. A total of two investors participated in the offering. CEO Eric Stonestrom has been with the firm since April 1999.
