Santa Clara, California -- Software developer LeanTaas raised $9 million in new equity venture capital financing, according to an SEC regulatory filing.
LeanTaas has developed "iQueue", a healthcare IT system that assists practices and facilities with staff scheduling, appointment history and "hundreds of other parameters."
The system "uses machine learning combined with patented mathematical models to ensure smooth patient flows throughout the day."
A total of four investors participated in the offering.
LeanTaas is still seeking $895,000 in additional equity investment, according to the filing.
