Advent International
    The transaction is based on a 100% equity value of EUR 560 million or EUR 81.4/ share. Under the terms of the agreement, Advent International and RTL Group will set up a new company that will purchase all Sportfive shares, owned by RTL Group (46.4%) and Groupe Canal+ (46.4%). Advent International will own 75% of this new company and RTL Group will own the remaining 25%.
