Sling TV Includes AMC In Core Package

   Englewood, Colorado  --  Internet entertainment service Sling TV has announced the addition of AMC and the Independent Film Channel (IFC) to its core package offering for $20 per month.

Sling TV's agreement with AMC also includes the programming rights for BBC America, BBC World News and WE tv.

Additionally, the company said that it has created a movie-based add-on pack that it calls Hollywood Extra for five dollars per month.

Hollywood Extra will include content from EPIX and will enable users to watch up to seven days of previously-aired content.

Sling TV is a subsidiary of the DISH Network Corporation and is available on television, tablets, computers and smart phones.
